The heart of the BRUNELLO CORDELLA is the brand-new underground cellar.

It is indeed in this stylish and functional building of 600 square meters where does the ideal embrace between the rich fruit of the vineyards and the highest wine-making technology  meet to create one of the finest products of nature

The organic grapes are  strictly  selected thanks to the new machineries, then once the grapes reach the 100 hl inox vats, the  natural yeasts  selected  in the vineyards Cordella are added.

The organic wines, both the BRUNELLO DI MONTALCINO  DOCG and the ROSSO DI MONTALCINO DOC, are aged in our barrels of 25 hl Slavonian and Allier wood that are gently roasted for

about an hour under a slight flame to give them a typical softness

The wines refine in our storage room at controlled temperature for a minimum of 8 months for the BRUNELLO DI MONTALCINO DOCG and a minimum of 4 months for the ROSSO D

IMONTALCINO DOC.

The entire winery was built respecting the environment, such as saving water and energy, obtaining  the ISO 14000 environmental certification by TUV AUSTRIA.
